Dispute Resolution

At Bedrock HR, we offer expert mediation services to help individuals and teams move forward after workplace disputes – without the stress of formal action.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution that brings people together to openly express their perspectives and listen to others, guided by a neutral mediator. The goal: reach a mutual agreement and restore working relationships.

Mediation works best when:

  • Both parties want to find a resolution.
  • There’s potential to rebuild trust.
  • A negotiated, not imposed, outcome is preferred.

It’s ideal for interpersonal conflicts, disagreements over working arrangements, or repairing broken communication.

Mediation is unlikely to be suitable in conjunction with disciplinary action because outcomes are negotiated and not imposed.
